Desktop Support Analyst
We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Baton Rouge, LA. In this role, you will deliver exceptional technical assistance, both onsite and remotely, ensuring the seamless operation of hardware and software systems for end users. This position offers an opportunity to provide high-quality support to a diverse range of users in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Deliver in-person and remote technical support to resolve hardware and software issues for both technical and non-technical users. Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory environments to ensure optimal functionality. Offer white-glove support to end users, addressing their needs with professionalism and attention to detail. Perform system imaging and configuration for desktop workstations to maintain efficient operations. Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows 10 operating systems and desktop hardware. Utilize a ticketing system to track, prioritize, and resolve user requests effectively. Collaborate with team members to implement solutions and improve overall support processes. Ensure all devices and systems are up to date with the latest security patches and software updates. Requirements: Proven experience in desktop support, including hardware and software troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory. Familiarity with desktop imaging processes and related tools. Proficiency in managing and supporting Windows 10 operating systems. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service in a technical support role. Effective communication skills to interact with users of varying technical expertise. Ability to work onsite in Chicago, Illinois. Experience with ticketing systems to manage and resolve support requests.
