Our banking client is seeking a Senior React Engineer to join their team. As a Senior React Engineer, you will be part of the Software Development Department supporting UI architecture, design, and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to see the big picture, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Sunrise, FL (first preference) or Phoenix, AZ
Pay Range: $60-65/hr W2
What's the Job?
Lead UI architecture, design, and development efforts using React, JavaScript, and Node.js
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver innovative solutions
Drive initiatives and contribute to strategic planning for UI enhancements
Explain technical concepts clearly to team members and stakeholders
Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed across projects
What's Needed?
8+ years of experience in UI development with React, JavaScript, and Node.js
Proven ability to lead UI architecture and design projects
Excellent communication skills and ability to give and take direction effectively
Experience with coding, architectural, and design questions during interviews
Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset
