Senior Human Resource Generalist
Reporting to the Human Resources leader, the Senior Human Resource Generalist will be responsible for leading and executing strategic initiatives that support ISC2's overall business objectives. The ideal candidate must be adept at partnering with leadership and employees at all levels of the organization while maintaining a strong focus on operational excellence and attention to detail. Responsibilities
Partner with HR leadership to develop and execute HR initiatives that drive culture, employee engagement, performance, and organizational growth. Work collaboratively with HR team members to ensure successful implementation of initiatives. Enhance the employee lifecycle by leading projects related to talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation, benefits, retention strategies, and succession planning to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. Partner with Learning and Development to champion professional development programs and foster continuous learning and growth across all levels of the company. Develop and implement performance management systems that align individual goals with organizational objectives. Monitor and assess employee satisfaction and morale, recommending solutions to maintain a positive work environment. Develop and refine HR processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and compliance across the organization. Oversee the execution of HR projects with attention to timelines, budget, and quality, ensuring details are meticulously handled. Assist with talent management activities, as needed. Perform miscellaneous duties, as assigned. Behavioral Competencies

Expert knowledge in ADP, Monday.com, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience building international HR processes and procedures from the ground up. Strong background across core HR disciplines, including but not limited to performance management, employee relations, benefits, compensation (including commission plan structures), compliance, training, organizational design, engagement and retention. Ability to build inclusive programs that encourage, support, and celebrate diversity in a global, remote work environment. Strong project management with strength in prioritization, meeting deadlines, and resourcefulness in creating efficiencies. Highly entrepreneurial with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. Strong relationship management, influence, and consulting skills with proven ability to build trust across a diverse population of leaders and stakeholders. Applied knowledge and understanding of modern and best-in-class HR practices and solutions. Ability to manage ambiguity, balance multiple priorities, and lead through change. Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future trends, needs, and expectations. Education and Work Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience as a Human Resources Generalist including Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Organization Design, Compensation, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, and Change Management. PHR or SPHR certification preferred. Physical and Mental Demands
Work extended hours or overtime, when necessary. Up to 10% travel required. Remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting, for prolonged periods. Regular use of office equipment such as a computer/laptop and monitor computer screens. Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.
