Lead and manage retail and public construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful delivery. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project alignment. Oversee on-site operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders and clients. Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process. Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and permitting requirements. Monitor financial performance and manage costs effectively.
