Join Our Team and Help Shape a Thriving Workplace

We’re looking for a passionate, driven HR Generalist with a strong focus on recruiting to become a key player on our Human Resources team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, love connecting great people with great opportunities, and enjoy balancing tactical execution with strategic HR work—this role is for you.

You’ll lead full-cycle recruiting while supporting core HR functions that drive engagement, development, and compliance. This is a high-impact opportunity to help build a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and inspired.

This is a fully on-site role with built-in flexibility to support life’s everyday needs, whether that’s appointments, family responsibilities, or unexpected events. We trust our team to manage their time with professionalism and care.

What You’ll Do
Recruiting – 60% of Your Role (until you master it—then it’s 20%)
  • Build and execute smart, scrappy recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Partner with hiring managers across warehouse, production, transportation, sales, and admin to understand staffing needs.
  • Use job boards, social media, and local networks to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
  • Lead onboarding to ensure new hires feel welcomed and ready to succeed.
General HR Support – 40% of Your Role
  • Be a trusted resource for employees—answer questions, resolve concerns, and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Support and help shape HR programs and policies that align with company goals.
  • Assist with performance management, goal setting, and employee development.
  • Help design and deliver training programs that support growth and advancement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Analyze HR data to spot trends and recommend improvements.
  • Support payroll, leave tracking, and workers’ comp processes.
  • Contribute to safety, training, and compliance efforts.
  • Drive engagement through recognition, retention, and morale-boosting initiatives.
  • Jump in on other HR projects—your fresh ideas and energy will fit right in!
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field—or 2–4 years of HR Generalist experience.
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • Experience in warehousing, manufacturing, or wholesale environments is a bonus.
  • Proven success in full-cycle recruiting across diverse roles and levels.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
  • We’re not your typical HR team—and we love it that way.
  • You’ll learn a lot, about a lot.
  • Competitive salary.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Company-paid short- and long-term disability coverage.
  • 401(k) with 4% company match and immediate vesting.
  • Ongoing professional development and training.

We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. Come be part of a team that’s making a difference—one hire, one policy, one conversation at a time.
