We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with 3+ years of proven delivery experience in managing technology initiatives, particularly in chatbot implementation across multiple guest touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in waterfall methodology, vendor and risk management, and budget tracking, with bonus points for experience in hospitality platforms and AI chatbot technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of chatbot solutions across:
? Website
? SMS/Text
? Phone-based interactions
Manage cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Track project budgets, timelines, and risks, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Apply waterfall methodology to manage project phases and stakeholder expectations.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and hospitality operations teams to align chatbot capabilities with guest experience goals.
Hourly Pay Rate: $50-60
