Senior Project Manager, Luxury Developer
to join our clients team in
Naples, FL.
This is an
onsite, direct
hire
position.
SALARY:
$130-$150K+ bonus (depending on experience)

Requirements
Strong understanding of construction, subcontracting, and customer service. Understanding of site development, permitting, budgeting, and entitlements. Excellent analytical, creative thinking, leadership, problem-solving, interpersonal, negotiation, organizational, project management and time management skills. Manage multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner with strong attention to detail with limited supervision. Read and interpret financial reports, engineering reports, construction documents and specifications, contracts, owners association documents, and other related work documents. Ability to learn and use project management software including LandDev, ProCore, Smartsheet, NewStar, Track-it and any other company-based software. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) Effectively and professionally communicate (in oral and written form) with internal and external customers. Demonstrate commitment to integrity, company values, customer-focus, and established policies and procedures. Display professional appearance and manner.
Responsibilities
Manage the development of new residential and commercial projects including design and engineering consultants, government approvals, budgeting, construction, and QA/QC activities. Manage project timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to a high level of quality. Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Proactively identify areas of risk and implement solutions to avoid project delays and conflict. Build, nurture, and grow strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, design team, contractors, and community members. Support the sales & marketing teams as needed including Gallery function and providing project information/answering questions to support the sales process. Develop and implement a project specific QA/QC program & protocols based on our standards ensuring compliance with codes, plans & specs, industry standards to achieve a high-quality finished product. Review, process and evaluate project documentation including RFls, submittals, shop drawings, ASAs, permit revisions, etc. as needed. Timely coordinate resolution of document conflicts with project stakeholders. Manage the punch, walk-through and unit delivery process. Manage project financial information including pay apps and change orders and process accordingly. Manage and coordinate procurement & installation of owner provided FF&E. Notify Senior Management of budget, schedule or quality issues that put the projects performance at risk.
