The

Salad/Pantry

position involves:

Setting up station(s) according to restaurant guidelines

Restocking all items as needed throughout the shift

Following recipes, procedures, portion controls, and presentation specifications

Cleaning and maintaining the station, practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills

Understanding and properly using all equipment at the station

Performing basic preparation duties, including handling raw produce and meats, following quality standards and sanitation regulations

Performing additional responsibilities as requested by Chefs or Managers at any time
