Project Manager - High-End Townhouse Construction
Salary Range:
$110,000.00 to $140,000.00 Annually This role is designed for a highly organized and motivated Project Manager with residential construction experience, particularly in high-end projects. You will be a critical part of the team, helping manage a growing pipeline of luxury townhouse developments in New Hampshire. As Project Manager, you will take ownership of assigned builds, ensuring they meet quality, safety, budget, and schedule goals. The position requires someone who can thrive in a collaborative team setting while also working independently to deliver homes that meet the expectations of discerning clients. What Youll Do
Lead high-end townhouse projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Manage subcontractors, trade partners, and vendors while keeping daily site operations organized and efficient. Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders with precision and accountability. Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and alignment. Monitor safety, craftsmanship, and compliance with New Hampshire building codes and permitting requirements. Anticipate challenges, develop solutions, and ensure projects move forward smoothly. What You Bring
5+ years of project management experience in residential construction, ideally with exposure to high-end homes, townhouses, or multifamily projects. Proven ability to manage complex projects while balancing cost, schedule, and quality. Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools. Clear communication and leadership skills with the ability to build strong client and subcontractor relationships. In-depth knowledge of local building codes, permitting processes, and best practices in residential construction.
