Posted Friday, April 18, 2025 at 4:00 AM The Sales Manager is part of the staff leadership team. The key objective of this position is to grow organically and achieve new sales for the business. This position involves strategic planning, team leadership, and development of sales strategies that align with the companys goals. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of bookings and partnering with the VP of Business Development and Director of Finance on strategic growth. Furthermore, this position is responsible for promoting MRO services, marketing aftersales services and products, achieving annual bookings and new business targets, adaptation, and usage of Sales Force. This role will also be accountable and responsible for our Marketing, Estimating, and Contracts departments. Responsibilities:

Responsible for all aspects of bookings and bookings execution from estimating to order receipt. Drive the adaptation and usage of Sales Force, orders forecasting, and sales database accuracy. Partner with VP of Business Development and finance to develop sales and pricing strategies ensuring effective execution. Partner with Program Management, Engineering, and Customer Support on organic sales growth opportunities. Develop the Air Vehicles brand through marketing, trade shows, web presence, etc. Identify and develop business case justification for new product/MRO initiatives. Lead and manage the Marketing, Estimating, and Contracts departments, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, including guidance and completion of performance reviews and succession plans. Support the data collection and build out of the annual forecast focused on trending historical data, bookings, backlog, customer intel, and pricing. Provide a high level of service and communication to all cross-functional groups and ensure a positive teamwork environment is maintained. Contact and build relationships with potential and existing customers. Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering or similar experience. Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales/Marketing in Aerospace/Aviation Industry, with MRO experience being a plus. At least 1-3 years of supervisory/management experience required. Established industry network of technical and procurement contacts. Must be able to work at all levels within an organization.
