We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning. This role ensures that products are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and on time, while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals. Monitor and improve supply chain KPIs such as lead time, cost, and service level. Procurement & Vendor Management: Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability. Manage supplier relationships and performance through regular evaluations. Logistics & Distribution: Oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations. Optimize logistics networks to reduce costs and improve delivery times. Inventory & Demand Planning: Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock. Implement inventory control systems and conduct regular audits. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Implement automation and digital tools to streamline operations. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and safety standards. Mitigate risks related to supply disruptions and geopolitical factors. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA or APICS certification preferred). 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain software. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
