Overview Provides quality health care services to patients under direction and responsibility of Physician by performing the following duties in a compassionate, cost effective manner. Mercyhealth Emergency Medicine PA - Janesville, Beloit and Walworth, WI Opportunity:

• Collaborate with experienced Emergency Medicine physicians and have the full support of an excellent team of RNs and support staff
• Work three 12 hour shifts per week (9am-9pm or 10am-10pm)
• 9 FTE; Full-time benefits
• Holiday rotation and two weekends a month coverage
• 30% ED critical care and 70% urgent care patients

Qualifications:

• Ability to work well independently and under pressure.
• Strong communication/interpretive and analytical skills.
• A high level of independent judgment and ability to handle empowerment for independent action.
• Ability to pass the Wisconsin Caregiver Background Check

Physician Assistant Certifications:

• Graduate of an accredited PA program
• Current WI PA License
• Current DEA number
• ATLS certification
• Other certifications as required
