Details:

BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with vent management courses
7 on/7 off, 12-hour shifts, 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am
Some nights, physicians do rotate
No call
Open ICU (no intensivist)- vent management
Hospitalist do respond to codes
15-20 patients per day
7 Hospitalist during the day shift and 2 during the night shift
