Physician / Chief Medical Officer / Massachusetts / Locum Tenens / CMO opportuni

Great opportunity nestled in the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts for an Primary Care Physician to become a CMO for a large outpatient organization focused on community wellness - 1 hours from Albany, NY.

• Locums to perm option
• Board Certified Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician preferred
• Will oversee 8 outpatient clinics within an hour radius in Western MA
• Overseeing 8 direct report and another 5 site leads
• Not required to go between all 8 clinics but good to establish trust and relationships
• Home base determined by certification and/or location preference of candidate
• 3 yrs exp in Leadership required
• 2 days required in clinic practicing and 3 days a week focused on Admin and Leadership responsibilities
• 16-20 patients per day in clinic
• Current CMO is wanting to go back to full time clinical practice
