$270/hr + $30 Shift Differential Sign-On Bonus Full Benefits Rotating Sites

Penn Highlands Healthcare is seeking Board Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians (ABEM) to join its growing team serving four community emergency departments in Northwest Pennsylvania a scenic and affordable region nestled in the heart of the Pennsylvania Wilds . This opportunity offers rotational site coverage , competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package with full malpractice and tail coverage.

Position Highlights

  • Provide coverage at multiple emergency departments within a 30-minute radius of DuBois, PA

  • Flexible scheduling with a variety of shift options (8, 9, 10, 12, and 24-hour shifts available)

  • Full-spectrum ED practice across a mix of high-volume and critical access settings

  • Collaborate with experienced APPs; physician-only and mixed coverage models

  • Work in new and upgraded facilities , including a recently built Level II Trauma Center and Neuro Trauma ICU

Compensation & Benefits

  • ABEM-certified Physicians: $270/hour

  • $30/hour shift differential for flexible coverage

  • $25,000 sign-on bonus

  • $10,000 relocation assistance

  • Annual CME: $3,000 + 40 hours

  • 403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match

  • Full malpractice insurance with tail coverage
