We are seeking a detail-oriented
Quality Inspector / Quality Assurance Specialist
to ensure product quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across our operations. Job Description
The Quality Inspector will be responsible for ensuring all products meet company and customer standards through thorough inspections, audits, and documentation. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities
Inspect
incoming, in-process, and outgoing products ; report results accurately. Maintain
inspection records and documentation
in compliance with company standards. Monitor and manage
vendor performance , rejection reports, and production accountability. Use a PC to
update, save, and retrieve files
efficiently. Follow the company's
Quality Management System (QMS) , policies, procedures, and standards. Perform
internal audits , conduct
Gemba walks , and generate detailed reports on findings. Handle
nonconforming materials
and initiate corrective/preventive actions. Operate, maintain, and calibrate
measuring and testing equipment . Draft, update, and maintain
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) . Conduct
statistical studies
to evaluate and improve quality performance. Approve product shipments after thorough inspections. Address
customer quality concerns
and contribute to solutions. Write, implement, and uphold organizational
quality standards and procedures . Support the development of
new production methods
to improve efficiency and ensure high-quality outputs. Utilize
Excel and ERP systems
for reporting, tracking, and data analysis. Qualifications Previous experience in
quality assurance/quality inspection , preferably in a manufacturing or technology-driven environment. Familiarity with
QMS, SOPs, ERP systems, and statistical quality control
methods. Strong computer skills (Excel proficiency required). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
