A large technology customer in the Seattle area is looking to add a Grants Specialist to their team to support the management of the Americas Volunteering Grants program. You will be responsible for application reviews, community partner vetting, approval notifications, and disbursement processes associated with volunteering grant requests from employees in the Americas region. This role is critical to ensuring timely processing and management of volunteering grant requests that enable internal employees to plan and participate in meaningful volunteer opportunities. Required Skills & Experience • Minimum 2 years of experience in grant administration, application review process, program coordination, or similar role • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to follow established guidelines • Excellent written communication skills for providing feedback to grant applicants • Proficiency with data tracking systems and reporting tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Excel) Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience • Experience with corporate volunteering programs • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements
