We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our
Sanitation Team . This role is responsible for all aspects of daily housekeeping and sanitation within the plant, helping ensure a clean, safe, and efficient production environment.

in everything we do. Essential Job Duties Sweep and scrape floors to keep production areas free of trash and debris. Rotate and empty cardboard bins and trash cans. Break down and bale cardboard. Remove and safely stack empty pallets in an organized manner. Wash, rinse, and sanitize utensils using the 3-compartment sink; store them in sanitary conditions. Clean doors, windows, production walls, plastic curtains, and tables. Perform sanitation duties carefully to avoid cross-contamination near food, ingredients, packaging, and finished products. Report any product quality or food safety concerns immediately to the appropriate personnel. Follow all company safety rules, GMPs, and behavioral policies as outlined in the employee handbook. Support and assist other Sanitation Team Members. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Previous experience in a plant, production, or assembly-line environment is preferred. Physical Requirements Frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, and reaching. Frequent use of hands and arms for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
