Job Description

Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing construction projects from start to completion. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks and milestones. Support project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and reports. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain project progress. Monitor project performance and resolve any issues that arise during execution. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Prepare and present project updates to senior management. Assist in cost estimation and budget management for ongoing projects. The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with construction processes, regulations, and best practices. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple projects. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
