Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and fixture problems. Install water heaters, sump pumps, garbage disposals, faucets, toilets, and other plumbing-related equipment. Present upfront pricing and obtain customer approval before starting work. Clearly communicate the scope of work to customers and provide education on system condition and available options. Promote and explain Club Membership Agreements to clients and work toward personal and team goals. Accurately document all job-related information including services performed, time on site, materials used, and job numbers. Submit all job paperwork, receipts, and documentation daily and in a timely manner. Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized service vehicle. Attend and actively participate in weekly team meetings and ongoing training sessions. Use tools and equipment responsibly, following safety protocols at all times. Assist with inventory tracking and participate in regular truck inspections. Debrief with Dispatch after each job and communicate follow-up needs. Obtain purchase orders for materials and verify cost accuracy. Represent the company professionally by following our dress code, customer service standards, and ethical guidelines. Perform additional tasks as assigned in support of team operations. Company Expectations

3+ years of residential plumbing experience. Journeyman Plumber License preferred (or readiness to test). In-depth knowledge of plumbing codes, safety practices, and residential systems. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work effectively in varying Michigan weather conditions. Must be able to lift 75+ lbs and access crawlspaces, attics, and tight work areas. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a background check and drug test. Team-focused, positive attitude with a strong desire to serve and grow.
