As a
Test Lab Operator , you'll play a key role in testing and analyzing cutting-edge HVAC systems and components. You'll work hands-on with advanced equipment, support engineering teams, and contribute to the development of sustainable building technologies.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Setting up and operating test facilities and data acquisition systems Performing mechanical and electrical connections, brazing, and instrumentation installs Troubleshooting and maintaining equipment under test Recording and analyzing test data using manual and computer systems Collaborating with engineers and technicians to meet project goals Ensuring safety and environmental compliance in all tasks Skills That Set You Apart
Strong teamwork and communication Critical thinking and problem-solving Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings Experience with tools, instrumentation, and facility equipment Comfort with lifting, rigging, and working in dynamic environments Training & Growth
Two-year comprehensive training program Certifications in Forklift, Aerial Lift, Crane Operation, Rigging, Lock-out Tag-out, and Brazing Opportunities to work across shifts and locations (including Grantley Plant in York, PA)
