Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Customer Care Manager who is fluent in both Cantonese and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the customer care department, ensuring high-quality service and effective communication with our Cantonese-speaking clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the insurance industry, and the ability to manage a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the customer care team to deliver outstanding service to policyholders and prospective clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for Cantonese-speaking customers, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing expert guidance on insurance products and claims. Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Collaborate with sales, underwriting, and claims departments to ensure seamless customer experiences. Monitor customer feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Train and mentor customer care representatives to enhance their communication skills and product knowledge. Prepare regular reports on customer service activities, trends, and challenges for senior management. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive service offerings. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or customer care management within the insurance industry. Fluency in both Cantonese and English (verbal and written) is essential. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulatory requirements. Preferred:
Experience working with diverse multicultural clients. Additional language skills are a plus. What We Offer:
