ESC has an exciting opportunity for a
Warehouse Associate
to join our client's team on
2nd Shift (12:00 PM - 8:30 PM) . This position pays $22-$26 per hour.
Do you enjoy lifting stuff, scanning things, and laughing in the face of gravity? Can you handle a powered pallet jack like it's an extension of your own body? Are you the kind of person who shows up on time (or even early) without needing a motivational speech or a group text reminder?
We're looking for Warehouse Associates who aren't afraid of hard work, know their way around reach trucks and order pickers, and believe in doing things safely and efficiently. You'll join a fast-paced team in a 220,000 sq. ft. warehouse where integrity, teamwork, and a no-drama approach to getting things done are the name of the game.
Job Responsibilities
Operating stand-up forklifts, powered pallet jacks, and order pickers. Picking customer orders using RF scanners, labeling cases, staging pallets, and loading trucks in route sequence. Helping route and build orders for next-day deliveries, ensuring everything is organized and locked up. Scanning, moving, and verifying inventory like a barcode ninja. Maintaining your assigned aisle and keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organized. Reporting damaged products, unsafe conditions, or anything else that looks off. Working at heights (up to 20 feet) with proper safety gear-because safety is key. Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record. Ability to be certified on reach trucks and other warehouse equipment (order picker a bonus). Comfortable using RF scanners and basic computer systems. Strong communication and time management skills. Able to work independently and in a team environment.
