Job Description
Join MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in the manufacturing of construction chemicals and building materials, including adhesives, sealants, and specialty products used in flooring, tile, and concrete restoration. As a Spray Dryer Operator, you'll prepare and blend raw materials, operate spray drying equipment, drive a forklift and crane, and ensure product quality through accurate measurements and documentation. You'll support production flow, maintain safety standards, and help organize finished goods for shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow production schedules to prepare batches, adding ingredients in order as directed. Operate advanced manufacturing equipment and related software Monitor and manager multiple task simultaneously Confirm availability and accurate measurement of pre-weighed ingredients. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all safety and quality standards Maintain accurate records, ensuring documentation meets quality standards. Operate forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and lift trucks safely to support production. Measure and prepare ingredients using scales, pumps, and scoops. Operate mixing machines to ensure proper blending. Prepare, label, and send samples to Quality Control (QC). Organize, label, and palletize products for shipping or storage. Transfer materials within the facility to maintain supply flow. Assist with other production tasks as directed. Perform additional duties as required Position Specific Details:
In this role, you will earn a competitive hourly wage ranging from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications. Additional premium shift differential: $1.00 p/hr for 2nd shift . What's in it for you:

Hands-on work willingness and mechanical inclination. Minimum of two or more years manufacturing/process experience Capable of operating advanced manufacturing equipment and related software Able to monitor and manger multiple tasks simultaneously Forklift certification is a plus. High school diploma or GED required. Strong communication skills. Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently; and up to 100 lbs. with assistance. Able to stand for extended periods of time. Flexibility for overtime and shift hours required.
