Adecco is hiring an Admin/HR Support candidate for a 4-6 month contract with a great company in Iron Mountain MI
Shift: 24 hours per week/ Flexible in mourning or afternoon!
Pay $24/hr
Responsibilities:
Ensuring continuity of daily operations and employee experience. Metrics & Reporting Support: Daily tracking and reporting of attendance, turnover, staffing, absenteeism, headcount, recognition, and corrective actions. Weekly audits of attendance corrective actions and expired items. Monthly updates to Tier IV charts and calendars. Weekly verification of headcount reports.
Documentation & Process Support: Updating and maintaining the job description repository in BOSS. Writing and distributing recognition cards. Maintaining and publishing the seniority list (weekly updates, quarterly publishing). Supporting employee investigations and grievance/dispute tracking. Preparing and updating startup meeting content and Happy Friday presentations. Processing new hire/termination checklists and maintaining employee files. Supporting union joint conference preparation (agenda and meeting minutes). Reviewing wage sheets and TA reference sheets as needed.
Project & Event Support: Assisting with swag inventory, budget tracking, and purchase orders. Supporting continuous improvement efforts for new hire orientation. Support company events.
Pay Details:
$24.00 per hour
