Postpress Packaging Folder-Gluer Application Expert

This is not an IT role; we are looking for experience on folder-gluer equipment as it relates to Postpress equipment.

What we are looking for:

We are now hiring a Postpress Packaging Folder-Gluer Application Expert for the US. This role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in packaging operating folder-gluer equipment. Candidates with experience on Diana Folder-Gluers are strongly sought out.

Ideal Candidates: Current or similar role as operator/service technician with recent background working on folder-gluer equipment.

What you will do:

The Folder-Gluer Application Specialist is providing operational training and expertise to maximize productivity for our Diana folder-gluer customer base. A Folder-Gluer Application Specialist provides Operational and Mechanical Support for end-users. This position is embedded in the Global Solution Center Americas.

Details: Provide onsite basic, intermediate, and advanced operator training. Analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot operational issues on customer equipment onsite, via telephone, visual support, or e-mail. Work with our Planned Services Team to provide operator training for newly installed machines. Provide detailed training in our demo center or at our customer's facility. Provide detailed solution / repair / troubleshooting steps to ensure maximum machine production efficiency. Maintain Product knowledge and expertise on all folder-gluer products and peripherals. Education and Experience:

5+ years of recent experience Postpress Folder-Gluer equipment Experience as an operator/service technician on this Postpress Folder-Gluer equipment Computer/tech savvy Customer service skills Availability to work Overtime and Weekends as needed

Location: Kennesaw, GA (This position is not a remote position)

Pay Range:

$35.00 To 40.00 Hourly
