Project Manager - Residential Construction

Currently REMOTE but may be changed into "in Office" or "Hybrid"
We are seeking an experienced
Residential Project Manager
to oversee all phases of residential construction projects from pre-construction through final delivery. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in residential project management, proven leadership skills, and a track record of delivering high-quality projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities: Lead residential construction projects from planning to completion. Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and schedules. Oversee bid preparation, subcontractor selection, and contract negotiations. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel. Monitor daily site operations, logistics, and progress to ensure adherence to project timelines. Maintain strict compliance with OSHA and other safety standards. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve issues promptly. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors. Track project milestones and prepare progress reports for stakeholders. Ensure quality control standards are consistently met throughout all phases of construction. Manage permitting, inspections, and regulatory compliance. Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance feedback to project teams. Qualifications:
7-10+ years of experience managing residential construction projects. OSHA 30 certification is
mandatory PMP certification is an
asset Strong background in scheduling, estimating, budgeting, and project controls. Experience with subcontractor coordination, contracts, and negotiations. Excellent knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations. Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Buildertrend, or similar). What We Offer:
