Local Contract MRI Technologist - $48 per hour

ARMStaffing is seeking a local contract MRI Technologist for a local contract job in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: MRI Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 11/03/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, evenings Employment Type: Local Contract MRI Technologist - Radiology / Cardiology Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 12-hour night shifts from Thursday to Saturday. Job Description The MRI Technologist will be responsible for performing magnetic resonance imaging procedures on patients within the community hospital setting. This role requires the ability to work independently in the department during the night shifts, with occasional assistance from an Operations Assistant. Responsibilities Perform MRI procedures including abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, and musculoskeletal imaging. Utilize advanced imaging techniques such as diffusion, gradient echo imaging, and spectroscopy. Administer contrast media and manage starting peripheral IVs as needed. Ensure high-quality imaging and conduct image post-processing tasks. Maintain equipment including GE and Siemens MRI machines, and manage PACS system operations. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience as an MRI Technologist. Certification in ARRT (MR) or ARRT (R) and BLS required.
