Job Description Summary

Responsible for leading the receiving team daily activities, Orders daily for the warehouse and ensures all inventory requests are completed daily. Storage and issuance of supplies and equipment, as needed, for the daily operation of the casino properties. Distributes supplies and equipment to departments within the casinos and is responsible for the delivery & retrieval of all materials & records.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

(other duties may be assigned) Coordinates the daily distribution of materials. Responsible for daily warehouse ordering. Responsible for updating the warehouse system. Lead monthly inventory count. Process incoming and outgoing requisitions for proper distribution and/ or storage. Receives merchandise and verifies accuracy of orders. Uses hand trucks, pallet jacks and forklift to move products from the receiving docks and storerooms. Properly rotates and stores merchandise in storeroom. Issues merchandise from the warehouse. Makes deliveries of merchandise and equipment and obtains necessary signatures confirming receipt. Assists with shipment of supplies, equipment, and office records. Assists with securing and controlling the distribution of "controlled items" (Slot Paper, Table game cards, etc.) and obtains approved signatures upon distribution of such materials. Effectively work with internal/external customers, ability to communicate effectively utilizing patience, tact and diplomacy as needed. Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures. Supervisory Responsibilities

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or G.E.D. Proficient computer skills. Strong organizational skills Supervisory experience/ knowledge preferred. Valid driver's license with clean DMV record. 2 to 3 years inventory process experience. Computer knowledge preferred. Pallet jack and /or forklift experience preferred. Food or Hospitality industry experience a plus. Must be able to read and write in English. Working Conditions/Physical Demands

Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift a minimum of 60lbs.
