Production Assistant - Roofing & Siding

What You’ll Do:
As a Production Assistant, you'll be our go-to person for making sure everything our crews need is where it needs to be. You’ll help keep jobs running smoothly by handling deliveries, picking up materials, and providing light assistance on-site when needed. You are a key part of the team's efficiency!

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver materials from suppliers to job sites
• Haul and dispose of debris when needed
• Drop off marketing materials or yard signs to neighborhoods or job sites
• Assist with light job site tasks or cleanup when necessary
• Communicate clearly with office staff, crew leaders, and customers
• Keep a log of deliveries, receipts, and errands completed
• Ensure vehicle is kept clean and organized

What We’re Looking For:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Friendly, respectful, and professional when interacting with customers and team members
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Basic knowledge of roofing or construction a plus (but not required)
