subcontractors, vendors, and installation crews
to ensure quality and efficiency. Develop and maintain
project schedules
to meet deadlines. Conduct
site inspections
to ensure compliance with design plans and quality standards. Communicate with homeowners to address concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate
materials, equipment, and labor
for each project. Ensure adherence to
local building codes
and best practices. Track
project budgets and costs
to maximize efficiency. Qualifications 2+ years of experience
in
construction management, landscaping, or paving . Strong knowledge of
hardscaping, grading, and paving techniques . Experience managing
subcontractors and project timelines . Ability to
read blueprints and site plans . Excellent
communication and leadership skills . Proficiency in
project management software
