Job Summary
The Group Reservations Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between the Reservations and Group Sales teams and is responsible for managing all group-related reservation requests. This role handles rooming lists, ensures accurate billing and contract compliance, and provides a seamless experience for group contacts and attendees. The ideal candidate is organized, service-focused, and able to work collaboratively across departments to support group success.

Pay Range:
$24 - $26/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Provide detailed information about resort amenities, services, room types, and rates. Use the reservations system to check block availability and book group reservations accurately. Maintain group blocks by entering group rooming lists, monitoring pickup, cut-offs, and attrition; ensure proper billing, deposits, and routing are reflected, and all reservation details match the group contract. Assist guests with special requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Collaborate with other resort departments to ensure group requirements are met. Process reservation-related paperwork and maintain accurate records. Follow up on guest bookings, confirmations, and group communications. Address and resolve issues or concerns that arise during the reservation process. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort events, promotions, and policies. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality-related education a plus. 1-2 years of experience in hotel reservations, front office, or group coordination preferred. Familiarity with PMS/reservations systems (e.g., Opera, SynXis, or similar). Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Excellent phone etiquette and a guest-focused demeanor. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
