Job Description
Manage all aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain project alignment and quality standards. Monitor project progress and address potential issues proactively to avoid delays. Prepare and present project updates and reports to internal and external stakeholders. Oversee procurement of materials and resources to ensure project efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all job sites. Act as a point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Develop and implement project strategies to optimize performance and outcomes. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
8+ years of Project Management experience within commercial or public construction. Proficient in Procore and other industry software. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
