Job Description

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver commercial and public sector construction projects on time and within budget, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory standards. Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation using tools like Procore, Primavera P6, or MS Project to optimize workflow and minimize delays. Manage subcontractor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards throughout all phases of construction. Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to monitor performance, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication between stakeholders. Prepare and present project status reports, change orders, and cost tracking documentation to clients and senior leadership. Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing best practices in project delivery and team collaboration. The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, preferably in the NYC market. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Proven experience managing project schedules, budgets, and teams effectively. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, or similar). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to managing challenges. What's on Offer
