ABOUTH THE JOB:

We are seeking an Endpoint Engineer to design, deploy, and support endpoint solutions across our manufacturing environments. This role ensures that endpoints (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and factory stations) are secure, reliable, and optimized for mission-critical operations. You'll work at the intersection of IT and OT, supporting the deployment of tools and services that enable production at scale.

WHAT YOU"LL DO:

Design, implement, and maintain endpoint management platforms (Workspace One) to support enterprise and factory line environments. Own software distribution, patch management, and OS deployment across endpoints. Ensure endpoint devices used on the manufacturing floor meet compliance, security, and performance standards. Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint-related incidents, escalating to infrastructure or network teams as needed. Partner with Systems Administrators, Network Engineers, and Manufacturing Operations to deploy tools and applications reliably. Monitor endpoint health, performance, and utilization, producing reports and recommending improvements. Contribute to endpoint security policies, access controls, and device hardening strategies. Document endpoint configurations, processes, and support guides for IT and operations staff. Stay current with endpoint management trends, automation practices, and security best practices. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of professional experience as an Endpoint Engineer or Systems Administrator. Proven expertise with endpoint management tool Workspace One Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) and endpoint deployment processes. Familiarity with endpoint security best practices, compliance frameworks, and device hardening. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise or factory environments. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across IT, OT, and operations teams. Experience with scripting/automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for endpoint management. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Jamf Certified, or equivalent. Experience with setting up factory style kiosk machines. Exposure to OT/manufacturing line endpoints and integration with production systems. Familiarity with hybrid or cloud-based endpoint management solutions (Azure AD, Intune, etc.). US Salary Range

$124,000-$186,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
