We are currently representing a rapidly growing construction firm seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of projects while maintaining strong coordination among all stakeholders. Responsibilities Manage and supervise all on-site construction operations from start to finish Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with key milestones Monitor budgets, change orders, and cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, codes, and safety standards Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and consultants to drive project progress Lead daily site walks and weekly tailgate meetings to uphold safety and quality expectations Maintain thorough project documentation, including daily logs, RFIs, submittals, and reports Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Project Manager or related construction leadership role Proven track record with multifamily construction projects Proficient in construction software platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project Strong communication and leadership skills with a solution-focused mindset Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, document control, and stakeholder coordination Additional Information
