This position is responsible for managing MuleSoft platform infrastructure. Activities include strategic planning, software installation, maintenance, upgrades, capacity planning, administration, configuration, and support of technical issues. Understand business requirements and translate them into an IT product/services roadmap for major product areas. Deliver integrated, technically sound solutions for assigned products. Execute the vision, strategy, and IT product roadmap. Work with business analysts to develop requirements documents and use cases for new features. Coordinate with the DevOps Portfolio Release Lead to ensure planned releases are integrated into the schedule. Monitor development projects supporting new features with the Portfolio Delivery Lead and project managers. Collaborate with delivery leads to develop milestones and facilitate development and testing progress. Work with other IT product managers across different business units to develop new features and support. Manage stable, mature products/applications with limited business criticality, routine processing, and rare cross-product projects. Required Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of IT experience. 1 year of management experience. Experience with application development platforms and/or languages. Experience with cloud computing (SaaS/PaaS). Experience with DevOps and continuous deployment/integration tools (e.g., Bamboo, Jenkins, RallyDev, Jira). Experience with integration technologies (Tibco, Informatica, CAS). Experience in agile and scrum development methodologies. Knowledge of product-specific application architecture. Solution architecture experience. Ability to integrate solutions across systems. Application domain knowledge. Program and project management skills. Influencing skills. Ability to prioritize and make trade-offs. Adaptability and change management skills. Creative thinking. Effective leadership of teams and people. Preferred Job Qualifications

Over 2 years of management experience. Managing 4-5 team members. Experience with MuleSoft, WebSphere, WebLogic, IIB, Tibco, etc., including installation, monitoring, testing, configuration, migration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., BladeLogic, Ansible, Chef, Puppet). Knowledge of messaging/streaming technologies (IBM MQ, Active MQ, Rabbit MQ). Experience in infrastructure architecture.
