NC FAST requires the services of a Configuration Assistant to assist with development activities for NC FAST Project 4. The primary purpose of the assistant to the Cram Configuration Analyst is to identify and implement necessary configuration items for the Cram CGISS module and determine the appropriate configuration settings to support the NC FAST project implementation. This position works closely with developers and business representatives to add and revise appropriate security-based user roles for each NC FAST user type, work with county and state level NC FAST system administrators to ensure correct user configuration; and develop requirements, test, and coordinate the implementation of new or changed user roles. This position will also be responsible for reviewing project design documentation for creation of new roles as well as additions/changes needed to user configuration data, scheduling and conducting meetings with development staff and business experts, and updating and modifying and configuring settings and code tables within the system administration console of the NC FAST software application. This position must consider security protocols to design solution strategies, provide status reporting, conduct quality assurance monitoring, and ensure adherence to DHHS policies and procedures.
