POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable

Clinical Front Desk

to join our healthcare team. This key role is the first point of contact for patients and is responsible for ensuring smooth front office operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and experience in a medical office setting.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 1 year of front desk or administrative experience in a clinical setting preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and office software Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities:

Patient Interaction:

Greet and check in patients upon arrival Check out patients after appointments Verify and update patient information and insurance details

Phone Management:

Answer a multi-line phone system promptly and professionally Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments as needed Relay messages to clinical staff when necessary

Administrative Duties:

Manage incoming and outgoing faxes Maintain and update medical records accurately and confidentially Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure schedule efficiency Assist with prior authorizations, referrals, and documentation as needed Reorder and maintain inventory of office supplies Perform other general administrative and clerical duties as assigned

Other Skills:

Must be proficient and skilled in the application and use of Windows, Word Perfect, Excel, Outlook, clinical application programs and Internet. Typing/work processing skill of 20 wpm, preferably 40 wpm with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to multi-task in an efficient, thorough, and prioritized manner; to work quickly, accurately and independently; to anticipate needs and solve problems. Excellent Written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Work with a spirit of enthusiasm, teamwork, cooperation and sense of urgency, and maintain a high degree of confidentiality over all matters in the course of business operations including patient and employee information. Ability to successfully uphold the established customer service standards and the Hospitals Mission, Vision and Values. Ability to perform functions with minimal supervision. Ability to work at a high-volume level of accuracy.

PAY / BENEFITS • Estimated pay is based on qualifications (including but not limited to experience, education, certifications, and licensure where applicable). • Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, optional supplemental life (employee, spouse, and/or child coverage), flexible spending accounts (medical and dependent care), 403b retirement with dollar for dollar match up to 5%, paid time off, and more available depending on employment status.
