Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM + OT & Weekends as needed Pay:

$18-$19/hour (DOE)

Position Summary: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QC Line Inspectors to join our team and help ensure product excellence on the production line. This role plays a critical role in monitoring and verifying product quality during production. This position ensures that all products meet company specifications, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements. You'll work closely with Production and Quality teams to identify and resolve issues in real time.

Key Responsibilities: •

In-Process Quality Monitoring

Inspect products during production to ensure quality standards. Monitor packaging, labeling, and coding accuracy. Verify lot numbers, expiration dates, and weights. •

Documentation & Reporting

Complete in-process quality check records. Document non-conformances and deviations. Communicate issues to Production and QA Supervisors. •

Compliance & Standards

Follow GMP, safety, and OSHA/Cal-OSHA guidelines. Ensure compliance with SOPs and customer specs. Support audit and inspection readiness. •

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

Assist in implementing corrective actions. Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Help train employees on quality procedures. Qualifications:



Required:

Must be bilingual and able to pass E-Verify. High school diploma or GED. 1+ year of QA or manufacturing experience. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to read SOPs, batch records, and specs. Basic computer skills. •

Preferred:

Experience in GMP, ISO, and FDA-regulated environments. Familiarity with inspection tools (scales, calipers, gauges). Knowledge of ERP or quality management systems. Physical & Environmental Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. Exposure to manufacturing environments.
