Deliver projects on time, under budget, and profitably while meeting safety, quality, and EEO goals Oversee pre-construction planning, including scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and resource allocation Manage project financials, including cost tracking, margin analysis, change orders, and invoicing Develop and maintain schedules; monitor progress and resolve delays or conflicts Ensure contract compliance; manage scope, risk, and claims with subcontractors and clients Lead project teams; mentor staff, assign responsibilities, and foster collaboration Enforce safety and quality standards; ensure regulatory compliance Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships Drive timely closeout and ensure full compensation for work performed Support staff development and promote company values and goals MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or related experience) Minimum 5 years of experience in construction Strong knowledge of building methods, materials, estimating, and scheduling Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results Strategic thinker with long-term planning skills Skilled in managing multiple priorities and resolving complex issues Strong customer focus and communication abilities Proficient with construction-related software and technology Team-oriented with a commitment to company values What's on Offer
