What You’ll Do
Assemble
switchboards, panelboards, and electrical components
with precision.
Interpret
blueprints and schematics
to ensure accurate builds.
Use
torque wrenches and hand tools
to complete assemblies.
Conduct
quality inspections
to meet high standards.
Collaborate with teammates to
streamline processes and improve efficiency
.
What We’re Looking For
Strong
attention to detail
and commitment to quality.
Ability to
lift up to 50 lbs
and remain on your feet throughout the shift.
High school diploma or equivalent
required.
Previous experience in
assembly or manufacturing
is a plus.
Work Environment
Brand-new, modern facility with
200–250 team members
.
Safety-first culture:
steel-toe boots, safety glasses, long pants/sleeves or cut-resistant sleeves
required.
Exposure to
machinery, noise, and temperature changes

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
