Job Description
Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish. Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to align project goals and expectations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout project execution. Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks to minimize project disruptions. Maintain effective communication with all project participants. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. A strong background in ground-up construction, preferably multifamily or public sector projects Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent leadership and communication skills to lead diverse teams effectively. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
