Job Overview:

This position merges both frontline staff with the sale of alcohol products. You may serve classic cocktails and exciting new beverages to our guests, or pre-packaged bottles of wine and beer. You will greet Guests, learn about their preferences, prepare, and serve classic cocktails or packaged alcohol, sell concession items, food to go, and movie tickets. You will also upsell items, utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and handle basic cleaning duties.

This position requires you to work during the evening, on weekends, and occasionally on holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Duties include but are not limited to: Greeting Guests, reading, and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders, and make the guests feel welcome. Checking identification to ensure Guests are the legal age to purchase alcohol. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward guests at all times. Responding promptly to guest requests. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional guest support. Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations. Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register. Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, equipment, etc. Ensuring the cleanliness of the entire bar and concession area including counters, floors, liquor wells, liquor bottles, all equipment, ice wells, etc. Staying current on new releases and upcoming movies. Be knowledgeable of the items offered by the theatre and bar including prices. Completing any other duties as delegated or directed by your supervisor. Qualifications

General Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old at the time of hire to sell packaged alcohol. Must be at least 21 years of age to mix drinks or pour drafts. Must complete online training course of responsible serving of alcohol. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Have a neat appearance. Engaging and friendly personality. Efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable. Must be able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment. Proven working experience or knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks is a plus. Obtain a Health Department "Food Handler's Permit" within 30 days of hire if required by individual state law or the local Health Department. Essential Functions

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with B&B Theatres'standards and local regulations. Check guest identification to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters, glassware, utensils, and equipment. Restock bar supplies, mixers, garnishes, and other inventory as needed throughout the shift. Process guest orders accurately through the point-of-sale system and handle cash or card transactions responsibly. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to provide excellent customer service. Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Assist in setting up and closing the bar area, including securing inventory and equipment. Work collaboratively with theatre staff to support overall operations and guest satisfaction. Physical Demands

Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout the shift. Frequent use of hands and arms to handle glassware, bar tools, and beverage items. Ability to reach, bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed to perform duties. Ability to lift, move, and transport items weighing up to

35 pounds

safely. Mental stamina to remain attentive, organized, and efficient during busy service periods. Ability to work in environments with variable lighting, noise levels, and temperature conditions.
