Training Provided
Perform assembly operations on sub-assemblies and final products.
Fit, align, and assemble components according to specifications.
Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and work instruction manuals.
Follow established assembly processes at assigned station(s).
Operate a wide range of hand and power tools, including measuring devices and torque equipment.
Maintain accuracy, quality, and efficiency in all assembly tasks.
Adhere to safety protocols in an industrial work environment.
Tools & Equipment Knowledge
Measuring devices: tape measure, micrometers, vernier calipers. Hand tools: screwdrivers, nut drivers, center punches, hammers, crimping tools. Power tools: cordless screwdrivers, drills, torque wrenches, torque screwdrivers, pneumatic wrenches, hydraulic hole punches. Lifting equipment: jib cranes, air-operated manipulators, pallet jacks. Standard tools: hand wrenches, ratchets, sockets. Qualifications
Basic computer skills. Basic math proficiency. Ability to work effectively in an industrial/manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work under general supervision and follow instructions.
