Job Description
As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for checking products for quality and packaging them. You will collaborate with others to complete tasks and maintain high standards. Your role may include training new employees, working with operators, cleaning equipment, and performing various tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
Inspect products for quality assurance.
Package products according to company standards.
Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks.
Assist in training new employees.
Work with operators to ensure smooth production processes.
Clean and maintain equipment.
Perform additional tasks as required.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in inspection and material handling.
Experience in packaging and assembly.
Strong visual inspection skills.
Familiarity with quality control processes.
Ability to use a tape measure accurately.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable with repetitive motion of the limbs.
Capacity to bend, twist, squat, and reach.
Comfortable working in excessively noisy environments.
Willingness to work in inclement weather conditions, including excessive heat or cold.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.

Work Environment
This position operates in a factory setting and requires standing for long periods. You may occasionally need to walk across the plant floor, which is a non-climate-controlled environment. The night shift runs from 6:30 PM to 7 AM with a schedule of 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off, providing every other weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun) off.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.50/hr.
