Lead Global Supply Chain Manager for the Electronic Warfare Systems (EWS) Operating Unit. Lead teams responsible for the cost, schedule, and performance of suppliers within the operating unit. Oversee all phases of the supply chain effort from the initiation of the supplier strategy and proposal phase through negotiation, award, and management of supplier activities to meet program objectives. Support business execution of new programs and initiatives, including forecasting and coordination of material receipts and key events. Coordinate cross-functional work teams to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of supply chain initiatives. Develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies in support of the Operating unit; examples include capacity constraints, production location decisions, diminishing supply of materials (DMS), supplier second sourcing efforts, lead time reduction initiatives, new product launches, and long-term supplier agreements. Mentor, coach, and develop employees while fostering a high-performance team culture. Operate in fast-paced, dynamic program and supplier environments with a track record of risk mitigation and issue resolution. Quickly assess and address supply chain disruptions, ensuring minimal impact on program performance. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and writing skills and have demonstrated experience creating and leading highly engaged teams. Basic Qualifications for the Manager Supply Chain Programs 2
Bachelors degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or masters degree with 6 years of relevant experience in U.S. Government or Aerospace program management, manufacturing, contracts, or subcontract-related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience leading teams and managing personnel in a supply chain, operations, or business management environment. Experience forecasting material costs, managing supply chain risk, and implementing make/buy strategies. Experience with MRP concepts and their application in supply chain management, including SAP, ERP, and EVM. Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance. Previous experience in large electronics production and/or sustainment programs. Previous experience working on classified/development programs. Working knowledge of Federal and Defense contracting requirements, including ITAR and FAR. Experience developing complex agreements such as long-term agreements, teaming agreements, strategic alliances, MOAs, overriding Terms and Conditions, claims, and settlements. Experience with earned value management systems, supplier financial reporting/forecasting, contracting/subcontracting, or supplier/program/product scheduling. Experience managing complex supplier specifications, drawings, SOWs, and supplier issue resolution. Active security clearance. MANGSC Primary Level Salary Range: $135,800.00 - $203,600.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidates experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
