We're seeking a dynamic Lead - OTC Specialist to join our team and drive excellence across Oracle Fusion Order and Subscription Management. In this pivotal role, you'll lead the configuration, enhancement, and support of key modules including OSS, Receivables, and Revenue Management. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities - Oracle Fusion OSS (Order and Subscription Management) Configure, maintain, and provide ongoing support for Oracle Fusion
Order Management
and
Subscription Management
modules. Manage end-to-end
Order-to-Fulfillment
processes, including
subscription lifecycle management
and
pricing configuration . Enhance and support
Oracle Fusion Revenue Management , ensuring compliance with revenue recognition standards (e.g., ASC 606). Design and maintain
pricing structures and rules
aligned with evolving business requirements. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver
scalable, efficient solutions . Conduct
gap analyses , develop test cases, and lead
UAT
for new OTC features and system enhancements. Monitor and troubleshoot
integrations
between OSS, Receivables, Revenue Management, and other Oracle Cloud modules. Manage the setup and daily operations of
Oracle Receivables , including invoicing, collections, receipts processing, and customer account maintenance. Partner with Billing and Cash teams to resolve AR-related issues, apply receipts, and manage unapplied or misapplied cash. Develop and analyze reports for OSS, AR, and RMCS to support business decisions and
period close activities . Work closely with IT to drive automation, develop custom reports, and implement system extensions as needed. Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
finance, Accounting, Business , or
Information Systems . Minimum of
7 years
of hands-on experience with
Oracle Fusion Cloud , specifically in
Order & Subscription Management (OSS)
and
Receivables . Strong knowledge of the
Order-to-Cash (O2C)
process and Oracle
Cloud Financials . Proven experience in system
configuration, personalization,
and preparing
functional documentation . Proficiency in analyzing system logs, managing setups, and conducting
data validation . Preferred Skills
Experience working in
SaaS
or other
subscription-based business models . In-depth understanding of
Oracle OSS, RMCS (Revenue Management Cloud Service) . Familiarity with
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
and
BI Publisher
for reporting and integration. Strong grasp of
Customer Data Management (CDM)
within Oracle Cloud. Strong excel skills is an added advantage.
