About the Role Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Quality Inspector to join their team in Scottsdale, AZ. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring product reliability and compliance by inspecting parts, materials, and assemblies against strict standards. You will document quality assurance results, verify corrective actions, and collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain excellence in production.

Key Responsibilities • Inspect parts, materials, and assemblies to ensure compliance with specified requirements • Perform real-time defect evaluation and document quality assurance results • Verify corrective action implementation and rework processes • Prepare and maintain QA documentation to support compliance standards • Collaborate with coworkers and internal customers to address quality-related concerns • Apply knowledge of fabrication techniques, material requirements, and manufacturability concepts

Required Qualifications • High School diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 2 years of directly related experience in quality inspection or similar role • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance • Familiarity with J-STD-001/002, IPC 610, MIL-STD-883, MIL-STD-750, and X-Ray qualification standards (certifications may be required) • Knowledge of material requirements, fabrication techniques, and manufacturability concepts • Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate across teams

Preferred Qualifications • Associate's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering • Experience using CAD tools such as Pro-E/Creo or SolidWorks • Knowledge of design documentation standards (e.g., ASME Y14.5M, GD&T) • Understanding of mechanical stress, thermal, structural, and tolerance analysis • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to change • Commitment to continuous professional development
