Job Description
Lead and manage all phases of public construction projects from preconstruction to closeout Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and governing agencies on compliance and project requirements Provide day-to-day leadership for field staff and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality standards are met Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, and project documentation MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state, or local law. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with public-sector projects (K-12, municipal, or institutional preferred) Strong knowledge of NJ public bidding/procurement processes and compliance standards Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and foster collaborative working relationships Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar) a plus Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills What's on Offer
